Flawless products for our customers – that is our most important service. To this end, we manufacture our products with great care and under constant supervision. However, should you have any questions or complaints, our service staff will be happy to help you quickly and with personal advice.

Removing the front wheel:

First, open the brake on the front wheel. To do this, unhook the brake cable (Bowden cable). (1,2)

Open the quick release on the front wheel lever and loosen it slightly, also gripping the counterpart. (3)

Unscrew the axle by turning the counterpart. Loosen the counterpart with the axle and spring. (4,5)

Now you can lift the front wheel out of the fork. (6)

We reserve the right to make technical and visual changes to the product.

Position of the brake levers:

Loosen the screw with the Allen key (1) and adjust the position of the brake lever to the desired position (2).

Then tighten the screw again.

Reach of the brake levers:

The reach of the brake levers can be adjusted individually. To do this, turn the adjustment screw clockwise (1) using the Phillips screwdriver to reduce the reach.

Turn the screw counterclockwise (1) using the tool to increase the reach. Check the position (2).

Height-adjustable handlebars using spacers:

Loosen the two side stem clamping screws (1).

Remove the cover cap (2).

Loosen the headset screw (3) using a 5 mm Allen key.

Remove the headset screw and the cover (4).

Remove the handlebar-stem combination (5).

Caution: Once the stem has been loosened from the steerer tube, the fork may fall out.
Therefore, do not lift the bike until the stem has been screwed back on.

The height of the handlebar-stem combination can be adjusted to the size of the child by arranging the two spacers:

Large child: Both spacers below the stem. The stem is in the highest position (6).

Medium-sized child: One spacer above the stem, one spacer below the stem. The stem is in the middle position (7).

Small child: Both spacers above the stem. The stem is in the lowest position (8).

Tighten the stem clamp bolts and the headset bolt alternately with 4 mm / 7 NM.
Tighten the headset bolt so that the handlebars can still be turned slightly, but there is no more play in the headset bearing.
This is best checked with the front brake applied. If you still notice any “jerkiness,” tighten the headset screw
a further 1/4 turn at a time and check again until no more “jerkiness” is noticeable.
Reinstall the spacers, headset screw, cover, and
handlebar-stem combination in each of the three adjustment options.

Gear adjustment:

Lower stop: Shift to the smallest sprocket and adjust the derailleur pulley by turning the screw (H) so that it is aligned with the smallest sprocket. (1)

Upper stop: Shift to the largest sprocket and adjust the derailleur pulley (1) by turning the screw (L) so that it is aligned with the largest sprocket.

Gear stages: Shift through all gears starting with the smallest sprocket. If the chain does not run onto the next larger sprocket after each gear change, increase the shift cable tension by turning the adjustment screw (2) on the shift lever counterclockwise. If the chain skips several sprockets during a single gear change, reduce the shift cable tension by turning the adjustment screw (2) on the shift lever clockwise. You can now lift the front wheel out of the fork.
